
Senior Business Solutions Expert

- Work closely with our Sales/Account Management, Custom Solutions, and Professional Services teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Translate complex client requirements into tailored technical solutions, leveraging your technical pre-sales and business analysis skills.
- Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) within our platform to showcase your solutions and demonstrate value to clients.
- Collaborate with global clients and partners across various levels of seniority, including sales, technology, marketing, development, and project management.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders through verbal and written communications, providing confident presentations and online demonstrations to promote our platform.
- Analyze and document client requirements for our Custom Technical Solutions team to create functional specifications.
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects, driving pre-sales completion of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Provide expert technical briefings alongside Project Managers during client onboarding processes.
- Offer valuable feedback to our Product team to shape our products and services.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in solution-selling environments, such as Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant/Solutions Architect roles.
- Self-motivated and innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in data analysis (ETL, DB), business analysis, and process diagram creation (including flows and Use Case Diagrams).
- Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs is beneficial.
- Digital marketing industry experience and knowledge of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics) are highly valued.
- Leadership or management experience is advantageous.
