**Job Title:** Senior Business Solutions ExpertAs a key member of our Solutions Consultancy team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the full potential of our customer experience and data platform. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Sales/Account Management, Custom Solutions, and Professional Services teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Translate complex client requirements into tailored technical solutions, leveraging your technical pre-sales and business analysis skills.
  • Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) within our platform to showcase your solutions and demonstrate value to clients.
  • Collaborate with global clients and partners across various levels of seniority, including sales, technology, marketing, development, and project management.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders through verbal and written communications, providing confident presentations and online demonstrations to promote our platform.
  • Analyze and document client requirements for our Custom Technical Solutions team to create functional specifications.
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects, driving pre-sales completion of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Provide expert technical briefings alongside Project Managers during client onboarding processes.
  • Offer valuable feedback to our Product team to shape our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in solution-selling environments, such as Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant/Solutions Architect roles.
  • Self-motivated and innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in data analysis (ETL, DB), business analysis, and process diagram creation (including flows and Use Case Diagrams).
  • Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs is beneficial.
  • Digital marketing industry experience and knowledge of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics) are highly valued.
  • Leadership or management experience is advantageous.
