Key Business IT Solutions and Delivery Role

This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the bottom line of customers in the banking industry by engaging with them at the C-Suite level.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, identifying technical challenges and understanding customer business drivers to guide engagement approaches within customer organizations.

Collaborating with our team of experts, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet evolving client needs while leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.

  • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
  • Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience delivering solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • Extensive network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
  • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Business fluent in English.
