Education Coordinator Role

Susquehanna is seeking an Education Coordinator to join our Trader Education team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of education programs for new hires and interns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of education sessions, including coordination with managers and employees.
  • Distribute weekly calendars and reminders to teachers and students for upcoming sessions.
  • Organize and distribute class materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare classrooms and conference rooms for live or virtual education sessions.
  • Track attendance for both onsite and remote sessions.
  • Interact with the recruiting department to facilitate and schedule interviews for trading candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development, Employee Services, and Immigration teams.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering employee questions and assisting with office transfers.
  • Assist with department events and travel planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, scheduling systems, Word, and Excel.
