Dean of Information Technology Leadership Position

Academic leadership opportunities exist for a visionary Dean of Information Technology to drive strategic growth, innovation, and excellence in education.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of courses ensuring high-quality, industry-aligned, and student-centred curriculum.
- Lead course innovation and quality assurance initiatives including online and asynchronous delivery models, course monitoring, external moderation, and accreditation.
- Mentor academic staff, foster contemporary teaching practices, and embed scholarly and pedagogical development into curriculum delivery.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role preferably in Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management in a collegiate environment while building strong teams.
- AQF 10 (doctoral) qualification or equivalent blend of qualification and experience.
Key Skills:
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage and manage staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and achievement of strategic goals.
