About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to provide care and support to our clients in Rockhampton or Yeppoon.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their care requirements in accordance with their care plans and preferences.
  • Support clients with transportation and community access.
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes in condition or behaviour.
  • Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance, including administering medication, manual handling and domestic assistance.


Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing (or similar) or studying towards equivalent (or higher qualification).
  • Experience of working with clients with cognitive and/or physical limitations.
  • A Queensland Provisional Green or above clear Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance and service history.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
  • The ability to obtain a positive notice in the legislatively required personal history check.
