Job DescriptionThe Commercial Property Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining Council's commercial portfolio, including growing investment return and lease management. This position is responsible for ensuring the portfolio aligns with the Manager Property & Building Services' direction and Council's capability framework, values, and business objectives.About UsMuswellbrook Shire Council is a progressive local government area located in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley.   • Maintain and grow Council's commercial property portfolio
  • Ensure lease management aligns with Council's business objectives
  • Work closely with the Manager Property & Building Services to achieve portfolio goals
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent
  • NSW Real estate agent licence (desirable)
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver key accountabilities
