**About the position**

The Property Officer - Commercial will assist in administering Council's landowner/property functions principally commercial property under the direction of the Commercial Property Coordinator reporting through to the Manager Property & Building Services in accordance with Council's capability framework, values, and business objectives.

**About you**
- NSW Certificate of Registration - Real Estate Industry (desirable)
- Certificate III Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Class C Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description attached).
- Demonstrated Developed key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description attached).

- Salary from $60,773 to $65,579 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
