Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent Management Specialist to join our Sales Team as Student Recruitment Manager. This role will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in terms of volume and value within agreed markets, as well as expanding the current pool of active agents and sales channels through proactive business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new sales agents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales agents and customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales growth and profitability
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Agent Management
  • Proven experience in consistently exceeding sales targets through sales agents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to generate practical and effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both internal and external audiences
