About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at the Australian Catholic University. As a key member of our National School of Education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract underrepresented potential student groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to target underrepresented potential student groups.
  • Work closely with community stakeholders and cluster partners to identify workforce shortages and promote teaching as a viable career option.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the All Points to Teaching (APTT) Program, including entry pathways, course options, and available support.
  • Travel across New South Wales and Queensland, including rural and regional areas, to promote the program and engage with potential students.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive total remuneration package valued at $117,590 - $127,214 per annum, including salary, employer superannuation contributions, and annual leave loading.
  • A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
