Occupational Therapist

Our client is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team in Tullamore, Australia. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to support individuals with mental health challenges in regaining independence and improving their quality of life through meaningful engagement in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to support mental health recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Empower service users to achieve their personal, social, and vocational goals.
  • Promote engagement in meaningful activities to enhance well-being and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Be CORU registered or eligible to register.
  • Experience in mental health settings is desirable but not essential.
  • Exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for empowering individuals in their mental health recovery journey.
