Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager

This leadership role oversees the development implementation and review of health safety and wellbeing strategies plans policies and procedures to foster a positive and strong health safety and wellbeing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership and operational direction to manage health safety and wellbeing services.
- Developing implementing and reviewing health safety and wellbeing strategies plans policies and procedures.
- Cultivating a positive safety culture through effective leadership and technical expertise.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership capabilities and strong technical expertise in health safety and wellbeing management systems.
This role reports to the Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing and works collaboratively with a dynamic leadership team.

Job RequirementsThis is a permanent full-time position requiring the following skills and qualifications:
- Director level experience in health safety and wellbeing management.
- Strong technical expertise in health safety and wellbeing management systems.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to cultivate a positive safety culture.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic leadership team.
