Job OverviewThis is a high-level engineering position where you will be leading the development of technical roadmaps, promoting continuous improvement and driving industry best practices within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic technical roadmaps for the team or department.
- Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of technical operations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their roles.
- Demonstrate expertise in full-cycle software engineering with experience working on complex projects.
- Showcase collaborative skills by working closely with peers to deliver project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows and product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular, Microservices, Restful API design patterns, mobile development and application security best practices. Additionally, experience with modern Cloud technology stacks, DevSecOps practices and tooling is highly desirable.
