Senior Technical Engineer

We're looking for a seasoned technical leader to join our engineering team.

This is a hands-on IC role, where you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering high-impact technical solutions while lifting the technical capability of your team.

You'll be expected to go deep on technical problems, design for the long term, and work with engineers to evolve our systems, architecture, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver large, strategic projects that may span services, domains, or teams – and have a measurable business impact.
  • Model strong system thinking – identifying the right abstractions, solving for the long term, and avoiding over-engineering.
  • Raise the bar on quality and testability, introducing tools, patterns, and practices that improve confidence in our code.
  • Lead improvements to our platform – including developer experience, CI/CD, and service reliability.
  • Make our systems easier to observe and operate, reducing the time to detect, debug, and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to our application security posture, proactively designing and advocating for secure solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, bringing in the right ones at the right time to help us move faster or safer.
  • Coach and mentor engineers on the team, helping them grow through design reviews, pair programming, and technical advice.

  • Are skilled in modern programming languages and frameworks.
