Strategic Assurance Operations Manager

As a leader in assurance, you will have the opportunity to deploy dedicated resources and maximise impact, coverage and win rate.
Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with markets and service line leadership to define the pursuit pipeline, including key priorities such as Invest to Win, Retains and Geo Priorities.
- Overseeing qualification and MORE process, as well as Account Excellence activities, is also an important part of this role.
- Managers will be responsible for resourcing using COE resources and liaising with Oceania Pursuits and Commercial Excellence Leader on any additional requirements.
- Strengthening relationships with clients and industries teams, as well as global assurance markets, is essential to increase win probability across audit and assurance advisory.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in pursuits or similar is required, with a focus on building strong relationships and winning work.
- Managing direct reports and allocating work effectively is crucial to success in this role.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload is also essential.
