About the Role

As a seasoned building and pest inspector, you will play a key role in safeguarding the structural integrity and safety of properties by identifying defects, risks, and compliance issues.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced building and/or pest inspectors or licenced builders/site supervisors looking for a change. You will be responsible for producing detailed inspection reports with clear recommendations and ensuring buildings meet relevant safety and compliance standards.

  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections to identify structural defects, safety risks, and compliance issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conducting building and/or pest inspections
  • Must hold or be eligible for a QLD Builder's Licence or Registered Building Inspectors Course, with knowledge of local compliance standards
  • Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010)
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing capabilities
  • Physically capable of inspecting subfloors, roof cavities, and external roofing areas
  • Current police clearance and access to a dependable vehicle
