Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Integrity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Sustainment Operation Engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuing airworthiness of aircrafts.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in aircraft structural integrity and a strong analytical mindset. They will be responsible for monitoring and managing the structural fatigue life of aircrafts to ensure they remain safe and reliable throughout their lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of the Aircraft Structural Integrity (ASI) program through various phases of the aircraft life cycle.
  • Monitor and manage the Aircraft structural fatigue life to ensure the aircrafts are safe and reliable throughout their life.
  • Develop and implement engineering artefacts within a regulated aviation environment.
  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data to develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve high standards of work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical from nationally accredited program.
  • (RPEQ &/or CPEng desirable).
  • 7-12 years of experience in aircraft structural integrity (ASI) or aircraft repairs including aircraft structures design, analysis or engineering support to in-service aircraft operations.
  • Previous experience in developing engineering artefacts within a regulated aviation environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data to develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Well-developed communication skills to work collaboratively to a high standard within a multi-discipline team.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results.
