As a Benefits Strategist, you will develop global benefits program management strategy, design, and governance for Japan and APAC markets. You will analyze financial impact, manage global benefits-related projects, and ensure compliance with governance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all benefits and wellbeing matters for your market(s) of primary responsibility.">
  • Design and development of new programs or changes to existing benefit plans to align with our business strategy. This includes analyzing competitive practice, assessing financial implications, and ensuring legal compliance.">
  • Oversee global/local broker management for specific market-related design and multinational pooling networks.">
  • Continuously monitor worldwide economics, politics, and legislation to anticipate employee benefit impacts and ensure compliance with regulations.">
  • Recommend process improvements for benefits, wellbeing, work-life plans.">

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and four to six years of progressively responsible positions in benefits. Experience with international benefits programs and administration is required. MBA or equivalent preferred in HR management or related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead project teams from the design to the implementation stage. Experience working in a matrix organization and Shared Service environment is a plus.
