Job Title: Kitchen Casual

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Casual. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering our restaurant menu and function food menu.
  • You will be required to adhere to our high level of food presentation, maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, and champion kitchen health and safety.

Requirements:

  • A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation.
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prepare and think ahead.
  • A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures.
  • Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team.
  • A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
