Senior Identity Governance Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the design, implementation and optimization of identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Lead architectural design and implementation of identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Design and configure workflows, policies and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
- Implement user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting and role-based access control frameworks.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory and other cloud applications.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders and IT teams to translate identity governance requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for identity lifecycle management and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues, ensuring high availability, security and performance.
