Digital Identity Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Identity Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade identity governance solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control frameworks. Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role mining, and compliance workflows is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Design and configure workflows, policies, and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
  • Implement user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory, and other cloud applications.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in identity governance and access management (IGA), with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade identity governance solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and RBAC frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role mining, and compliance workflows.
  • Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP) and identity governance best practices.
