Located in Brisbane, Queensland AU.

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Operator to join our team on a full-time basis at our state-of-the-art facility in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

The role involves multitasking across high-priority alarm events and inbound calls, while maintaining a professional attitude under pressure. You will liaise with emergency services, security patrols and diverse clients to ensure the highest levels of service.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service background and be able to work autonomously as part of a close-knit team. They must also hold or attain a QLD Class 1 Security Officer Monitoring License, Criminal History Police clearance and undergo a medical assessment.

This is an enterprise agreement-based role offering two flexible rosters to suit operational needs and personal preferences. Shift patterns include 4 on 4 off core teams (12-hour shifts of 2 days, 2 nights), supplemented by peak-period rosters. Projected earnings are between $65,000-$78,000 for less than 180 working days per year.
