As the Visionary Software Quality Engineer, you will be integral to ensuring that our software systems meet industry standards and set them. This role calls for a visionary leader who can shape the quality assurance framework and culture across our diverse technological landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with our ambitious business objectives and technological innovations.

  • Craft and deploy sophisticated testing frameworks integrating both manual and automated testing methods.

  • Act as the primary quality assurance liaison among senior management, technology teams, and external partners.

  • Design, implement, and manage quality metrics and reporting systems providing detailed insights into software development processes.

  • Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of Quality Engineers.

  • Assess and optimize testing processes to ensure they are robust, efficient, and adaptable.

  • Identify potential quality risks in software releases and create strategic mitigation plans.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.

  • Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (SA) is desired.

  • Minimum 7 years in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the software development industry.

  • Proven track record as a QA/Test Lead or Test Manager within the tech sector.

  • Advanced knowledge in establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium.

  • Significant expertise with test management and reporting tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.

  • Extensive experience implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept at problem-solving and fostering innovation within the QA function.
