Our company is expanding and we are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage our inventory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stock levels, coordinating day-to-day operations, and implementing new systems and practices. They will be responsible for verifying incoming goods, managing supplier returns, transferring stock between locations, performing stocktakes, and managing replenishment of inventory.

This role plays a critical part in the growth of our business through its new Robotics division. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Improvement Officer to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day stock management operations
  • Develop and implement new inventory control systems and practices
  • Verify incoming goods, receipt imported goods, manage supplier returns, transfer stock between locations, perform stocktakes, and manage replenishment of inventory

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehousing environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle NetSuite
  • A Forklift license is essential (training provided on-site if necessary)
