Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in inventory management to take on a leadership role in our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the supply chain.

You will work closely with our purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow and maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system.

  • Manage inventory receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system.
  • Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
  • Assist with warehouse layout optimization, stock location systems, and space utilization improvements.
  • Develop and implement processes that reduce handling errors, wastage, and lead times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse operation or similar leadership role.

Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics, and experience working with ERP systems (ideally).

Personal Qualities: Proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities.
