Maximizing Warehouse Efficiency: A Key Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of inventory management, ensuring seamless warehouse operations and optimal stock control.

Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate processing of inventory movements, including receipts, cycle counts, stocktakes, adjustments, and returns.
  • Analyzing discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain stock integrity and visibility.
  • Providing regular reporting and maintaining accurate records using our mainframe system.

This position also involves supervising a small team and driving key performance indicators. The role is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, based at Wodonga.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or transport environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and experience with RF and warehousing systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory best practices and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
