Cost Controller Expert

This role is responsible for establishing project budgets and forecasts based on handover bids from the sales department. The successful candidate will also update changes to the forecast based on inputs from project management and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project budgets and forecasts
  • Update forecast based on project management and team inputs
  • Prepare monthly project cost reports and project management reports
  • Send invoices to clients and follow up works including reimbursable items
  • Evaluate economic impact of changes or variations in scope of work
  • Perform economic analysis, forecasts and deviations reports
  • Update cash forecasts
  • Support identification of threats and opportunities and mitigation plans

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and business principles, with 7+ years' experience in a relevant field. They must be able to evaluate the economic impact of changes or variations in scope of work.

Requirements:
