About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Analytics and Experimentation to join our team at Yelzkizi. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing experimentation program to drive revenue optimization for our Sims game.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of analytics and data science models to create evidence-backed hypotheses and drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience Organization Studio, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy, to design and implement marketing experimental strategies.
  • Oversee the strategy and project coordination for gathering and analysis of consumer insights to measure and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with our Sims Brand and Franchise teams to gain agreement on revenue-based strategy, targets, and execution plans.
  • Lead in-depth discovery and exploration of the Sims game, staying up-to-date with trends, player profiles, and marketing learning agendas.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with teams across product, marketing, brand, analytics, and finance.
  • 5+ years of experience influencing analytics strategy and leading complex projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading diverse teams of analysts, project managers, and consultants.
  • Project Management skills to handle competing schedules simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting and conveying information understandably to varied audiences.
  • Experience leading formal or informal teams, including partner management.
  • Experience using analytics and data to influence decision-making.
What We Offer

At Yelzkizi, we offer a competitive base salary range of $151,800 - $208,900 CAN Annually, depending on location. We also provide a package of benefits, including vacation time, sick leave, paid parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan.
