About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of hydro-turbines and related equipment at our sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in look-ahead planning and identify potential risks on schedule and detailed technical installation sequence.
  • Prepare measurement and inspection reports, and coordinate inspections with the site management team.
  • Program laser trackers to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, and conduct measurements according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Analyze data obtained during measurements, identify deviations, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Support the team in overseeing the installation process and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Engineering Technology (Geomatic, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience in operating laser tracker equipment in the construction industry or similar industries.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Proficiency in using measurement software and associated data analysis tools, and fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
