Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our concrete truck fleet. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and timely delivery operations that meet high standards and customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, supporting business strategy and goals, maintaining compliance of the concrete fleet with legislative and customer driven requirements, overseeing truck maintenance, conducting regular truck inspections with a focus on fleet presentation, maintaining high levels of customer service both internally and externally, managing operating costs, and managing driver recruitment, onboarding and training for employees.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess solid leadership capability with previous logistics supervision experience, proven experience managing driver teams, strong knowledge of the transport industry, ability to manage competing priorities, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer skills.
