Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage logistics operations at a busy facility. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensure that packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto trailers for movement to the next location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse operations to meet productivity and performance targets
  • Analyze load forecast volume projections to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Supervise unloaders, sorters, and part-time supervisors to achieve team goals
  • Collaborate with hub and feeder management to plan peak season and special sort activities
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
