Job Overview

The Team Lead is accountable for leading, directing and organizing Inbound or Outbound teams within a department. They monitor productivity and support Inbound/Outbound in maximizing operational excellence, quality and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct and organize Inbound or Outbound teams within a department, monitoring productivity.
  • Support Inbound/Outbound in maximizing operational excellence, quality and efficiency/productivity through proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows.
  • Drive the team through Department relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Ways of Working to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure efficient operations in a cost-effective manner according to H&M operational standards.
  • Responsible for conducting inventory counts.
  • Understand core system features in WH (i.e., E2E product flow & impact), enabling day-to-day operations.
  • Identify risks and issues within the department team and provide support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/Export, where relevant.
  • Accountable for all reporting to secure daily operations.
