Heavy Vehicle Fleet Maintenance and Repair
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Fitter to join our team. As a Diesel Fitter, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our heavy vehicle fleet to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair plant, equipment, and fleet vehicles in a timely manner.
- Complete scheduled daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor/Leading Hand in an efficient and timely manner.
- Record, monitor stock, and part levels and advise any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Australian-recognised diesel/heavy vehicle mechanic's trade certificate.
- Proven mechanical knowledge/experience within the automotive repair industry.
- Forklift ticket, elevated work platform ticket, working at heights ticket (desirable).
