As a Data and Analytics Graduate, you will work closely with stakeholders across the council to deliver meaningful insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will help build scalable dashboards, support data governance, and contribute to a culture of data literacy and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across the council to understand their goals and deliver tailored analytics solutions that drive smarter decisions.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, making complex data easy to understand and act on.
  • Work in a modern technical environment in Microsoft Azure to extract, transform, and load data meeting diverse business requirements.
  • Handle diverse data sources, from APIs and IoT devices to traditional databases, developing modern data warehousing architectures.
  • Ensure data quality and accessibility, so that teams can rely on accurate, consistent information to support their work.
  • Champion data governance and help others build their data literacy - because informed teams make better decisions.
