As the People and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consultants and employee communication specialists. You will work closely with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed a unified approach linking accountability, capability, and culture to achieve sustainable results.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven leadership experience in organisational development, culture, or performance at an enterprise level.
  • Advanced expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating performance, talent, and leadership frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
