As the People and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consultants and employee communication specialists. Your key objectives will include designing and delivering integrated systems, tools, and behaviours that enable leaders and teams to excel. You will work closely with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed a unified approach linking accountability, capability, and culture to achieve sustainable results.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and embed enterprise solutions for performance, talent, succession, and capability uplift.

  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are integrated into all people systems and practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven leadership experience in organisational development, culture, or performance at an enterprise level.
  • Advanced expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating performance, talent, and leadership frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
