
Organisational Development and Culture Lead

This pivotal role shapes the inclusive, safe, and diverse work environment at Mornington Peninsula Shire. You will ensure employees love where they work by developing and delivering exceptional people experiences that drive engagement, diversity, inclusion, retention, and attraction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying innovative solutions to strengthen engagement and retention practices.
- Developing the employee value proposition and branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Leading change efforts, including building team capability to support and embed change.
- Understanding staff climate and environment, identifying capability requirements, and opportunities for cross-collaboration.
- Designing organisation-wide solutions to improve culture, performance, attraction, and retention, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience.
You will lead the Shire's diverse and inclusive workplace program and plan.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development/psychology or a related field with relevant experience in change management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing contemporary culture and employee experience programs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and successfully leading key projects across a whole organisation.
