Job Title

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive organisational development, workforce planning, change management and learning & development within a complex environment.

This role oversees programs in leadership capability, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, organisational design and cultural transformation. The successful candidate will guide the development of the workforce plan, embed impactful learning solutions, build enterprise change capability and champion diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will be a strategic and values-driven leader with extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning, change management and learning & development within complex environments. You will excel at translating vision and strategy into measurable outcomes, inspiring high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, safe and engaged workplace.
