About this Opportunity

Certis Security Australia is seeking an experienced Operational Leader - Aviation Screening Services to join our team at Adelaide Airport.

This 12-month fixed term, full-time position requires you to lead a diverse workforce across multiple screening points and drive safe and efficient outcomes for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Lead and motivate a large team of supervisors and officers to ensure compliance with airport regulations and company standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of passenger, goods, and airside security screening points, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Communication: Liaise with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, providing updates, reports, and insights to support business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Aviation Security Experience: Proven experience in aviation security operations, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and empower teams, manage conflicts, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement creative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
