Facilities Support Specialist
The role of Facilities Support Specialist requires an individual to provide assistance to tenants and the general public, as well as support to internal teams. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of Occupational Health & Safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing access information to services and programs.
- Provide administrative support, including data maintenance and cashiering functions.
- Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Assist with allocations and license agreements processes.
- Record and report customer requests and health-related issues using Council's corporate system.
- Support event setup and teardown activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A post-secondary qualification combined with on-the-job training or equivalent experience in high-level customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with the community.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- A valid Victorian driver's license.
- Obtaining an Employee Working with Children Check is mandatory.
