Support Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and work in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facility-related concerns, including building and room leasing agreements, construction services, and IT network support. You will also oversee internal facility operations, including office setup and relocation projects, as well as safety and security protocols.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will possess strong technical knowledge of IT applications and Microsoft Office software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
