Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Manager

Job Description:

  • The Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Manager will oversee the efficient coordination of radiologist workflows across key NSW hospital contracts.
  • This role involves building strong relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • By troubleshooting RIS/PACS and workflow issues, this position will drive continuous improvement and support the implementation of effective solutions.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality service for patients and referrers.
  • Responsibilities include liaising with hospital staff, external vendors, and internal teams to manage reporting schedules and optimize workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a radiology clinic (clinical, clerical, or administration role).
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems (RIS/PACS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and working with performance data.
