Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

As a skilled professional in the field of medical imaging, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services to patients.
Our team is looking for an experienced CT Radiographer to join our busy clinics. In this position, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans using advanced imaging protocols, with a strong focus on patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing CT scans with precision and attention to detail
- Optimizing CT coronary angiography (CTCA) examinations to ensure best practice in cardiac imaging and patient outcomes
- Preparing and supporting patients throughout their imaging experience
- Operating and maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Collaborating with radiologists and other clinical teams to support efficient workflow and timely reporting
- Accurately documenting procedures using RIS and PACS systems, maintaining patient confidentiality and clinical integrity
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement by participating in protocol development, training, and staying up-to-date with advances in CT and cardiac imaging

- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a medical radiation practitioner
