We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Taxi Driver at Des's Group.

As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and enjoyable transportation to our passengers, exceeding their expectations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow smart working practices for optimal dollar return per km
  • Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Full SA drivers license (essential)
  • Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (advantageous, but Des's will guide you through the accreditation process)
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Well-developed personal communication skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good money handling skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Good understanding of Australian Road Rules
  • Knowledge of local town, streets, areas, and activities
