We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Taxi Driver to join our team at Des's Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide safe and enjoyable transportation to our passengers, exceeding their expectations with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction at all times
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding our high standards
  • Operate vehicles efficiently, minimizing costs and maximizing revenue
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to OHS policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • A valid SA driver's license (essential)
  • A Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (desirable, but not essential - we'll support you through the accreditation process)
  • A clean driving record and excellent road safety skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use our systems
