Job Description

Des's Group is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Taxi Driver to join our team. As a Taxi Driver, you will provide safe and enjoyable trips to our passengers, exceeding their expectations with a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Follow smart working practices to maximize earnings per km
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to OHS policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Full SA driver's license (essential)
  • Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Excellent personal communication and customer service skills
  • Good record-keeping and money-handling skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Good understanding of Australian Road Rules and local town knowledge
