Senior Retoucher

We're looking for a skilled Senior Retoucher to join our fast-paced, collaborative studio team. Reporting to the Group Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-end retouching across e-Commerce, EDM, and campaign imagery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a talented creative team and make a real impact on how we visually represent ourselves across platforms.

This role oversees the retouching of a high volume of monthly assets, provides detailed briefs to offshore teams, manages end-to-end retouching workflows, and ensures final images meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in professional retouching, ideally within retail fashion
  • Graphic Design qualification not essential but highly regarded
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop with proficient knowledge of Lightroom, Capture One, or Bridge
  • Prior experience in high-volume image retouching
