About the Role

  • Lead daily store operations, including customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient trading.

  • Oversee inventory control, receive and merchandise products.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.

  • Monitor sales, assist in achieving performance targets, and implement promotional activities.

  • Act as Store Manager during their absence.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A strong learning aptitude and on-the-job leadership skills are essential for this role.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be used on a daily basis.

  • Prior experience in retail and customer service is highly advantageous.
