As a Director of Sales Engineering, you will lead a team of talented Solution Engineers across Australia and New Zealand, providing technical thought leadership and working closely with customers and sales leadership to design and present business solutions showcasing the value of our solutions.

You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and effectively leading your team, refining solution engineering processes, and providing advice and support in response to customer requests for proposals.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 15 years of experience in technical presales, including 8 years of people leadership experience, and excellent knowledge of network security technologies and cloud computing.
