Platform Support Expert

Working with third-party suppliers and managed service providers, you will identify and resolve issues related to platforms to minimize service interruption. You will ensure that proposed and existing products and associated services align with company objectives and meet business outcomes in a timely manner.

This role involves strategic collaboration to address longer-term needs of internal and external customers. Negotiation with stakeholders is essential to provide sound technical advice and support in the delivery of Information Communication Technology (ICT) services.

Awareness of ICT industry trends and benchmarks is crucial to maintain performance standards. This includes owning sections of performance against industry benchmarks.

To excel in this position, relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience are required. Additionally, ITIL foundation certification and proficiency in incident, problem, and change management are highly valued.
