Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at our Crossroads club. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, providing exceptional customer service, and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget through proactive sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive and personalized member journeys
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
About You
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • A current valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
