The Front Office Manager will oversee all aspects of the Front Office whilst on duty, including Reception, Concierge/Porter services to deliver a high-quality guest experience that exceeds expectations.
- Develop and lead the Front Office team, ensuring training, tools, and support are in place to deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless interactions between the Front and Back of House, with prompt, professional service and personalized recognition for all guests, including VIPs and loyalty members.
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards, policies, and procedures.
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, taking swift action to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, lobby, and front office to maintain presentation and service standards.
- Foster a positive team culture through coaching, performance feedback, and collaboration with other departments.
- Support the implementation of service behaviors and hospitality skills.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations, including training, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Promote loyalty programs and ensure guests receive their benefits.
- Support departmental goals, projects, and performance metrics in collaboration with the Front Office Manager
